I help companies turn marketing and data technology investments into measurable revenue growth. My work spans strategy and hands-on program execution — assessing, designing, and roadmapping on one end; driving complex initiatives from kickoff through go-live on the other.
As an independent implementation manager, I report directly to the executive sponsor — outside the organizational hierarchy, above internal politics, accountable only to program success. I own the program end-to-end, hold vendors to their commitments, and coordinate across Technology, Marketing, Data, and Finance without competing priorities that constrain internal managers.
